Recent experience: I stopped at Easter looking for a chocolate. within and after at least 5 minutes none of the staff present, at least 4-5 employees, are worthy of attention, each was engaged in personal chat with customers or colleagues. It's really hallucinating! in complete antithesis of professionalism. No comment!

Great customer service, with my husband I ordered two coffees and we were served accompanied with two glasses of mineral water and a biscuit. we paid only two euros the rest was part of the service. I was amazed, the waiter was very kind, I'm in the wheelchair and when I left he came to open the door. I was more than satisfied.
