Gattullo - Milano

This is like an upscale fancy café, with great coffee, snacks, cakes, cookies and other sweet items. I visited for a quick breakfast of coffee and brioche, both were excellent.

It's a must in Milano. Delicious drinks and aperitivo in a lovely location. Try also panettone (to be booked for Christmas). It might be quite crowded.

Always a place of heart. In addition to the kindness of the staff here, for a sixty-year-old like me, breathe the air of the characters of the show who attended the place. As you sip your hood and adore a fantastic brioche you lose in the memory of Iannacci, Gaber, the Cats... nostalgia and serenity. Go at least once!

I was here today for a coffee and to buy the typical Milanese desserts of this period of the year, called bread of the Dead . Very good, well done, of generous size. The price (5 Euro each) is widely justified in quality.
