The restaurant is located right next door and, with my boyfriend, we finally decided to try it, accomplice the discount The Fork at 50%. The environment looks good and is well maintained. The manager and the waiter are very kind people. As for food, instead, I expected something more. Good appetizers, branzino tartare was very fresh, even parmigiana was not bad but I struggled to digest it. Then my boyfriend took a first (Spaghetti with fennel pesto and ragusano fondue) and I a second (maialino with reduction of Nero d'Avola and roasted potatoes). The courses were good but nothing exceptional, especially fondue and reduction, too liquid and little tasty. We ended with two sweets, the decomposed cannolo and the soft heart to the pistachio, accompanied by a liquid sauce on the bottom that maybe was chocolate, but that did not add anything to the dish. Along with the appetizers are the things we liked most. Total 86 euro. In my opinion, I think it is a little salty compared to the quality of the dishes. Counting that we did not take the wine (but only 2 glasses). Luckily we had a discount. I expected something more, a greater explosion of flavors and more balanced dishes.
