Bidra med feedbackMy family and I came here on a saturday night, though there were only 8 tables busy. We ordered our food and beverages. The beverages came 6-7 minutes later, which is already pityful. The beers didn’t even have any foam left. Then we waited, waited, kept on waiting and after 45 minutes only my dish came. 5 minutes later my father just got fed up (understandable) and left. Getting to the food, my ramen was basic, which consisted in stale noodles, over spiced brisket and shallow soup depth. After I finished my bowl, the waiter came to us for the 5th time to tell us that the food “is ready” and when my mother complained the waiter got moody. Overall, average staff, horrible service, disappointing/overrated food. Absolutely dismal.
I tried such a kind of restaurant in London many years back and was super. I was happy to see this chain in Milan now and I wanted to try. The food is just ordinary. The staff should be better trained on food ingredients. Quality of the food could be improved. Nothing special in this place.
I was super excited when the restaurant opened in City Life. I was there 4 times already. Every time I have ordered the same thing: vegan ramen. First time:
We just wanna have quick lunch, so choose wagamama. Food taste is everywhere same. So i liked it. We were 4 people, only 3 food came first and 1 more food came after 30 minutes. Nobody said sorry nobody mentioned anything. I was waiting for food almost 50 minutes. Of course taste was good but i was disappointed nobody came to say sorry or inform that they forgot my order. Waste all my family time.
Very expensive for the quality. I think that prices are expensive compared to other restaurants in the city, especially when you see that most of the dishes are made from frozen products (including the meat, the fishes, some sauces… . Moreover, the taste of our meals were not so good. Service was good. I would not recommend this place.
