Chiu Gustosita Italiane - Milán

The lunch at this restaurant was delicious, especially the daily specials and artisanal beer. I would highly recommend it for a laid-back meal.

I am from the USA and live in Milan with my Milanese wife. We live just 5 minutes away from Chiu. We go for Apertivo at least once a week. They have a great selection of meats and cheeses, as well as an awesome selection of wine and craft beers. The service is excellent and the staff speaks English. If you're not sure what to order, I recommend trying the gnocco fritto combined with a meat and cheese plate - it's an excellent choice and you won't be disappointed. For tourists visiting the castle or Santa Maria Church, it's only a 5-minute walk away. It's also just 5 minutes from Cadorna train station.

“Hidden” restaurant in the not-so-touristic but amazing centre of Milan. A restaurant where locals would definitely go for a nice dinner with friends and family. Many vegetarian (and some vegan) options as well as a selection of their famous “taglieri” with affettati and dairy products.

We enjoyed going here, we had the risotto with mozzarella and a sandwich and both were very good. The staff was nice

Small and cosy place with fantastic genuine Italian food. Ground floor shop with Italian specialties and the restaurant on the 1th floor. Very nice service.
