Bidra med feedbackBeing Scandinavian, the concept of Hygge is familiar. I think the time stamped menus need more variation. I came on a weekday at 11.30 and the options were not enough. There are 3 differeng egg plates at this hour so why not make one with scrambled tofu? Paying around 8 euro for babaganouch on a small piece of bread isn't my cup of tea. There are so many good cafe concepts in Scandinavia with a lot of mixed menus: scrambled tofu, hummus' roasted veggies etc. The Italian Hygge did not impress.
Relaxing and warm place with a lot of vegan options, perfect for breakfast, brunch (only during weekends) or a snack during the day. They offer always 1 vegan toast which change depending on the season, 1 PJ (delicious, give it a try), some vegan dessert and a lot of tea and oat milk beverage (golden milk, matcha latte, chai latte). Price arounds 10/15 each. Updated from previous review on 2022-03-09
I went there twice. When I had the coffee in the morning they didn’t let me inside because I didn’t want to have the set menu. Next time we went with friends for breakfast and with a 100€ bill they asked us to leave quick because the next people were coming although there were other tables free. We were a bit surprised at how rude it all was, cantine vibes, eat elsewhere honestly.
Loved the place itself a lot but very limited vegan options. The menu changes every week so it depends how lucky you are when you come. We could only order their avocado toast and plant milk coffee, the rest wasn’t vegan. Delicious toasts though!
