Love McDonalds will always return service was good but

They had brand new people working the window not communicating at all. When we got to the window she messes up the order 3 times. Then once she gets our money she doesn’t hand a receipt or communicate or give us our change just sat down. We waited until 4 cars lined up behind us then she finally realized and handled the situation. At no point she told me what amount the total was when she fixed it nor told me we had no change to receive. Very unprofessional, please train your employees on customer service before working the window of all things.
