Beautiful restaurant. Great atmosphere and the food is amazing! Fantastic Sunday lunch

Bad start when we called and ordered a table at 7.00pm but were told that the restaurant first opened at 7.30pm (on their web is opening at 6.00pm). When we arrived exactly at 7.30pm there were already guests eating! Long waiting time before we were allowed to order, after which we waited approximately another hour to get our starters (3 small appetizers for sharing between two people). The starters were served approx. 10 minutes after we had addressed our reminder to the waiter, so it seems that the kitchen had forgot our order. Between the starter and main course, we also waited a long time. In total, it took 2.5 hours for a two course menu, which we experience as too long. The food was good, but unfortunately, we experienced that the service level and flexibility from the kitchen was very low. We ordered accessories that were standard on the menu card, but according to the kitchen they could not serve the dishes we had ordered nor was it possible (according to the kitchen) to get additional of standard side orders that we have already had and that other tables got. And two dishes from their menu could not be served that night. As mentioned, the food we actually got was really good, but the overall experience with poor service and unattended management means that we will choose elsewhere in the future. Too bad for the waiter who tried to do his best to rescue the situation and seemed as if he also thought it was embarrassing that service and flexibility were at the level we experienced. The stars is only for the food and the waiter.

Stumbled on this restaurant last night and have to say I recommend a visit. Food was gorgeous, decor was gorgeous, cozy, inviting and warm (perfect for a November night in Spain . Service was excellent, hats off to the waiter who was on his own and was running around (I felt sorry for him at one point! but he managed to still be an excellent host willing to do anything and made our evening. The flavours in the food were delicious. Will be recommending to everyone as this is a definite place to visit.
