100% corn tortillas. I ate tacos de barbacoa lamb cooked with just salt for about 4/8 hrs) and guacamole... So spectacular!!!!

While the menu doesn’t show anything gluten free, the waiters and the managers were very kind to help us with what could be gluten free. My husband (celiac) had grilled cheese with vegetables and the tortillas were 100% corn so it was a good experience overall.
