Mcalister's Deli - Midwest City

Need to get help more than the one person on the cash register during lunch.

My experience today was awful. I order tableside service at 12:26 and got my order at 12:53. Some of the food was slopped together and made incorrectly. Management never cared to apologize or want to concern themselves with the wait or the food. They ran out of potatoes and did not care to tell customers waiting in line.

I ordered the chose 2 with a Tea. (1/2 of a Chicken Caesar Wrap and a cup to chicken tortilla soup) to go. When reaching my location and opening my food, I received approx. a 1/3 of a hard tortilla shell with 2 little pieces of chicken and the rest lettuce with zero Caesar sauce. I spent 12.35 for that? This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location. This McAlisters has gone down hill over the last few years and I will not be returning to this location..

My Dad and I went close to closing, and the young man and young woman were amazing!!!

Management and staff here are amazing! Very clean and the food is always fresh. No pics to show bc we ate it all !!
