This place is always the best!! The blueberry pocket, the baguette, the fruit cheese danishes.. everything is so good. The staff is the best also. Love taking the ride from Salt Lake to what I say is my hidden gem.

Stale desserts. The frosting on the cupcakes was hard and fell right off tasted like 98% butter. Everything we got tasted old.

I love this bakery. They really go out of their way to make tasty attractive pastries. I was in Heber valley today and made a discussion trip to the Zermatt so that u could visit the bakery and get some pastries to take home to the family. Everyone is always excited when i bring home goodies from that place.

I don’t know what these other reviewers were so thrilled about because our selections were terrible. We got a variety of items to share including the key lime tart, the fruit tart, the cheesecake, and the cinnamon roll. All were bland and tasteless. All went into the garbage after one bite and there went $35 bucks down the drain. :

The hot chocolate and tea lattes were watered down and tasteless. The cinnamon roll was barely better than a frozen one. The prices are way above the quality. Not much of a bakery.
