Firehouse Subs Ft Union - Midvale

Absolutely above and beyond, clean environment, friendly employees, and my Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket was deliciously mouthwatering. I've been to a few Firehouse locations and this is definitely a nicer one.

Well.… I was in there tonight and the person in charge… some girl. She just looked mad and resentful the whole time. Like she hated her job. Very unhappy and rude and short fused. I asked for some extra Italian dressing on the side and this is literally what was given to me. (Pic shown) Sadly no I haven’t used any of it yet. This is just the amount I was given…. Overall it tasted fine and the other employees were great. But it was better when this other girl was there. She made the best sandwiches.

This was my first time here and I am extremely disappointed. Ordered a turkey bacon ranch sub, it was tasty for what it was… but there was barely anything on the sandwich and tomatoes were missing. The sandwich was so thin, it looked like a panini. For a $10 sandwich I expected more than one thin slice of turkey.

I had Firehouse Subs well over 10 years ago in Texas. Since then I have been a Jersey Mike's loyalist, and JM's is still good. But I decided to try Firehouse and was really pleased with the sandwich. Tuna vs Tuna, Firehouse has Jersey Mikes beat. I had the Hook and Ladder and it was delicious too. I enjoy the pickle... that comes with the sandwich. Drinks and chip options are no different from anywhere else and nothing to note.
