Big Daddy's Pizza - Midvale

I was charged for my order, waiting for 2 hours, just to drive and find that the load is boring and the message makes a story about how they hard earned human money while not in service! I need a refund that I have from my home surveillance that it was never delivered.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPIRED FOOD! My husband and I ordered a pizza and Soda off of Doordash. When it arrived, the food was cold and soda was completely flat. It EXPIRED in May! When we called to complain, the lady was completely rude and it was hard to understand staff.

I enjoy their pizza. Got a hawaiin and pepperoni split. Hadn't been there for a while so the price increase was an adjustment. I get it, just wasn't prepared

Poor quality food compared to the west valley location. Usually a much longer wait than usual because they also use door dash to deliver their food instead of their own drivers. Last instance of that the door dash driver sampled both of our pizzas and then attempted to reshape them, hoping that we wouldn't notice. Last straw for us is calling to place an order during open hours, only to be told to call after 4pm. It was 4:58 pm at the time of the call. So disappointed in this location, we gave it over a year and a half since we moved into the area... but after everything we've experienced we will never be coming back.If you want good pizza and service, just go to the west valley location and ask for Mauricio. He'll take great care of you!

VERY poor experience. Placed an order for delivery which I ended up needing to cancel. Called to cancel 2 hours in advance and was told the order was cancelled without asking my name or about the order or anything and when I asked if they needed that info i was told we got it . The order was delivered anyway (no surprise). I called this morning to talk to the manager, I 've been put on hold and transferred probably 15 times, for over an hour just to finally be told there is no manager there. Will not be using again.
