Bidra med feedbackI ordered in the app for dine-in pick up at the Midlothian, TX location. It wasn't very busy when I visited; however, the dining area had dirty tables and trash on the floor. The food and drinks tasted pretty good, until I went to get drink refillsand saw the mold growing on the ice dispenser guards. Makes you wonder, if a restaurant has no problem with me seeing mold onthe areas where the customers are...what does the kitchen look like?
On vacation. I was asked where for Supper. The associate came out from behind the counter. Wanted to know my name. Either it 's Tim or Hey You! She smiled I 'm calling you, Mr. Tim! And laughed. Great customer service! I had #5... Take care!
OK let me be fair and just say, I love whataburger! That being said, this poor location just can't seem to get it right. The drive thru is always super slow, and it's become a running joke in our family guessing which order will be wrong. So recentlyI've decided to try to order curbside. Today I sat outside for 15 minutes waiting for my order to be brought out. I finally wentin only to see my order is just sitting there getting cold. The poor girl at the register, who was sick and should not have beenat work, said she was sorry she just could not bring it out. I counted 6 people in the kitchen area. This seems like plenty ofhelp.The lobby was full of people openly complaining. Will I go back, yes I love whataburger, and believe in supporting localbusiness. My hope is the owner will read this and reach out to somebody to help this location run more efficiently. I think thepoor employees just need some training
This is the 3rd time I have had a problem, so I am finally going to leave a review about it. There is an employee there. She NEVER wears a name tag , but I have heard several of the other employees call her Jasmine. She is they most UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDEand MEAN employee I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Many times have I hear her using profanity, yelling atthe other employees and even a manager. She is AWFUL. Last time I was there (which was last night at about 7-730) I heard herbeing completely horrible to another employee who?s name I did not get. I have no idea how on EARTH she is still there, butsomething should be done about her. Horrible horrible experience and will never go back to that location. Literally just becauseof her.
Was at the Whataburger in Midlothian around 5:15 pm this evening and was VERY turned off off and disappointed with our experience. There was a young lady sitting on the counter near the register and the drink station using loud profanity alongwith several employees gathered around her. The dinning area and restroom were disgusting. The one or two employees who wereactually focused on their jobs appeared to be extremely frustrated with the other employees who were partying it up instead ofworking. I don?t understand how management is even allowing this behavior to go on or how these people are employed!
