Imagine on a brisk, dark, cold winter 's night, the frost creeping upon the windshield of the vehicles stationed in the parking lot; awaiting their owners. You make your way across the concrete, shivering from the blistering cold as your breath vapors in front of you. Hands gripping the frigid handle of the door, you step through the portal, immediately being teleported into a warm, sunny, dock of the bay locale. A breeze, carrying the aroma of the sea, wafts across your visage...The Island Vibe. People conversed, laughed and smiled, while dining on Spanish Caribbean infused seafood cuisine. Lovely potted aloe plants placed throughout, gives character to the already vibrant atmosphere. Roja, verde, amarilla, azul stained wooden planks bedecked the walls, as each table cradled a small candlelight. If you are in Midlothian, you have to stop in and try their new addition to the menu. An angus beef burger with grilled pineapple, pickled red onions , jack cheese and a mango habanero Aioli served with French fries. Freshly made patty cooked to order and the sweetness of the pineapple provides a wonderful taste.
