Bidra med feedbackCome on Dominos, spent 45 minutes on the phone yesterday trying to order a pizza from you guys, drove up to find you were CLOSED. I get it weather happens but couldn't you put that on you answering machine, update your online info something??? Pretty half done in my opinion. I gave you 3 stars when I really wanted to do 1. Just because we have had good service before. Also I understand that the weather is abnormal
Poor customer service from management. They messed up on my order and food was not hot (didn't make a big deal about that). Asked to receive cinnamon twists and stated 45 mins other orders ahead of mine. I was confused you sent me the wrong thing why would I be placed to end of line. No apology from management or anything. This is why I stopped ordering in the past but had an upset 3 yr old. Now we at store buying cinnamon rolls. They need new management. The little girl who answered was really nice.
Just got my pizza. almost no toppings on it and its missing toppings.
This is about the Waxahachie Location. My wife a front line worker at the hospital no more than 1.9 miles, 8 min away and a simple order was placed online for her at the hours between 9:30-9:40pm. So come 10:23pm it shows the delivery was being delivered out. So since it only takes 8 min from point A to point B then why did it take an hour for someone to call my front line worker wife to say they not her, not me, but the worker(s) or manager they cancelled it. Is this what our medical heroes our front line workers get especially working 12+ hours of work in a field to which they put themselves at risk every shift with everything going on. And on top of that when she tells me she didn't receive her order and then i tried to call the location to find out where the order is i get hung up on several times. Is this Domino's way of doing business now. I even have the screen shots of Domino's tracker plus can pull phone records show they never called her till nearly 30 min before closing on an order they cancelled. Plus get told the refund won't WON'T be back in account for 5-7 min. Days
We had abysmal service at Waxahachie. However, I dealt with Tyler today on the phone (online had a glitch), and he was friendly, helpful and all around great to deal with. Our pizza and breadsticks were yummy, made fresh, and were ready in 15 minutes. The girl brought out it out as soon as we got there, and she was fast and friendly. I'm sorry i didnt catch her name. Its worth the extra distance to drive to Midlothian instead of Waxahachie. (We live 15 miles south of Waxahachie). They were awesome in Midlothian.
