Bidra med feedbackMy wife and I were here for the first time. We sat pretty fast and asked what we wanted to drink and whether we were ready to order. We gave the waitress our drinks requests and told her we were not ready. It took about 15 minutes until she came back to us as several customers left at the same time. I ordered the ribs, Brisket, Mac n cheese and perpetrators. The meats were dry without the delicious BBQ sauce and the sides were really good. My wife had the chicken and loaded potatoes she said was good. The staff was very nice and friendly, but they seemed understated and overwhelmed. I really appreciate seeing the whole hometown sign, especially Chris Kyle support. We will return here to try different dishes.
Great food. I normally get the sliced brisket. This time got their shredded beef quesadillas. Best I've ever had. Good beer selection as well.
What can I say? HANDS DOWN, THE BEST CHICKEN FRIED STEAK I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I didn't even need a knife to cut it; my fork did the job perfectly. Your appetizers were just as incredible. We’ll definitely be coming back to the city! P.S. It seems like they really love their country here. Enjoy!
We had a lovely little stop during our visit to the city while searching for a local barbecue spot. The fried pickles were outstanding—thin and crispy! The meat was absolutely cooked to perfection. We will definitely be coming back!
As someone from Kansas City, I have a deep appreciation for great BBQ, and this place ranks among the best I've experienced anywhere I've traveled. The brisket was incredibly tender, and the ribs were large, juicy, and practically fell off the bone! I opted for the three-meat plate, and the portions were undeniably Texas-sized. Without a doubt, this was the best meal we had during our trip.
