Bidra med feedbackWhen i went today with my friends through the drive-thru, we purposely put our order with the mobile app to save more time and hopefully make the workers lives easier but instead when we went up to the speaker to tell them we came to pick it up, the worker let out a loud sigh. then, when he asked for the names and my friend began to tell him, he cut her off and told her to slow down so he could understand. he was just overall really rude right from the beginning and when we asked who we spoke to when we pulled up, they told us his name was jeff or jeffrey. so whoever that is, was rude and we didn’t appreciate his unnecessary attitude. we just came to pick up our drinks and felt more like a burden.
I came to the location nobody was online so I’m just standing there, they had an over abundance of help but everyone just kept walking by behind the counter looking at me with zero acknowledgement. Finally I said to a man is anyone going to help me? His response “sorry my back was to you “ ok well maybe it shouldn’t have been or maybe the employee you were chatting with who kept looking at me could have done something or said something
Absolutely horrendous Starbucks. Waited half an hour in line, they rang me up for the wrong order, tried to refund me, double charged me, and then didn’t refund me anything, lost my original order, and the whole experience took 30+ minutes. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast
Second time I come here they never get the order right and they have the worst customer service makes you not even want too bother with them no wonder they have 4.1 star they suck. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Consistently good coffees. I love mocha Frappuccino with whipped cream Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking
