2 young girls working.. not paying attention to customers. I had to repeat my order bcs they were talking way to much w each other.. They don't know how to make the drinks requested both were wrong! Very annoyed w this location
I have never been to a Barnes and Noble with such a disgusting restroom. Dirty toilets. Multiple stalls with no toilet paper. Just gross.
Always quick and polite. They help with drink choice if you are lost. This is a favorite of mine and my bestie, drinks and books
The girl waiting on us was real friendly. Great customer service. The coffee was good too.
