Bidra med feedbackThis was our first time at this business.The Tonions were breaded lightly and fried to perfection. My Parmesan Chicken was very generous in size (I ordered the 9 ounce available at lunch) and steamed broccoli done just right with full color and no overcooking. Spouse felt breading was too thick on Chicken Fried Steak and fried okra was breaded as full pods not cut. Many of them still retained part of the stem. We ordered dessert to go they were out of Molten Lava Cake so the Chocolate Stampede it was. This dessert will FEED four people a dessert! Extremely generous size (ice cream packed for freezer). Connie was attentive without being overbearing. We will definitely return as there are other menu items I would like to try.
The steak was absolutely amazing!! Perfectly cooked!! We went for my husband's birthday last night and we were extremely happy with our meal and service!!!
Well after very poor service and food at the Salt Grass Steakhouse I decided to try Longhorn and so glad I did, I sat at a table and received prompt and friendly service. My server Trenton I believe was his name was very welcoming and friendly, I ordered the white cheddar stuffed mushrooms for my appetizer and then the Atlantic Salmon with baked sweet potato and fried brussel sprouts, I also had a blue moon beer. The mushrooms were tasty and so was the rest of my meal, the salmon was great not over cooked but nice and tender. Loved the baked sweet potato with butter and brown sugar, if you have never had it I definitely recommend it. My server didn’t smother me but checked and asked how everything was, offered me dessert and was exactly what a server should be. I worked in the restaurant industry as a server and dining room manager and more places need people like him working, great experience and will go here again before I head home to Colorado on Monday… Lots of great choices something for everyone and great vegetarian options
It was our first visit to this restaurant, Saturday before Father's day. It's a nice atmosphere, Jeremy was very attentive as we had some questions about the steaks. I was honestly surprised, I mean the tea was delish (raspberry) the steaks were just perfectly done as we ordered, and the sides were yummy. Only complaint, we didn't have space for dessert and it looks like they serve this amazing chocolate cake with ice cream, we'll get it next time. Five stars!!
Unexpectedly great New York strip! I never imagined they could pack that much flavor into a New York strip. It tends to be one of my favorite cuts because I like a leaner cut of meat but I also understand it comes with a little less flavor than say a bone-in, ribeye etc. Not here! My goodness it was literally a shock to the taste buds. I was slightly distracted from playing on my phone (as I was eating alone) when I took my first bite, it got my attention. At first I wasn't even sure I liked it as I wasn't expecting it, as my brain took a sec to process it I realized this was amazing, so much flavor. Not to mention I usually avoid any fatty or grisly parts of steak but this was so well cooked, I picked medium by the way, every oz was devoured. The steak was so good I'm not going to knock them for it but the dinner bread that comes complimentary was not my favorite, I ate it all as I'm a fatty but the butter was cold making it near impossible to spread and the bread was kind of dry and not really warm enough to melt the butter, but that's okay, that's not what you come here for. On a side note the service was tip top, and while this was my first time ordering the New York strip, or any steak from here believe it or not, I have come to love their asparagus. I just happen to love asparagus in general and theirs doesn't disappoint. It's so good I got two separate side orders. It's cooked perfectly and it's not that sad skinny, flimsy stuff some restaurants try and pass off and charge too much for, I would literally come here just for the asparagus, and I guess I can add the New York strip to that order. Oh I did get the mashed potatoes for my side and it wasn't terrible, could have come to the table a bit warmer for my preference and nothing to write home about but not terrible. But again the steak gets this 5 star review, kudos to the chef, I was really caught off guard and blown away.
