Hayashi Japanese Steakhouse - Midland

Sushi was great and the fish tasted very fresh. The Lord was a bit strong and not really to my wishes. I would definitely return and would like to try some of the other options they have on the menu. The landscape is very welcoming and beautiful.

This was a nice place as far a appearances and clean but the menu is misleading. I attended a birthday dinner and 2 other guest and myself ordered 3 different steak meals, paid 3 different prices but they all were the same meat/meals cooked the same way with the same sides. Lol. Not a big deal cause I was pleased with my chef and food but what's the point of a multi menu.

The restaurant was really cute clean. Our waitress was friendly provided excellent service. Plus, the food was amazing!

The food pretty good but not spectacular. Huge variety of dishes on the menu. Service was excellent and the prices are somewhat reasonable considering inflation. Would definitely recommend it to anyone else who enjoys Asian cuisine.

The hibachi is pretty good. They have about every kind of sushi you can imagine. We had the West Texas roll and dang that was good! Nice atmosphere and the staff is attentive. We'll be back for some more sushi!
