This is one of my favorite breakfast burrito places in Midland. I call ahead and drive ten minutes and it is ready when I arrive. I like bacon and sausage on the well done side of things and that is how they do it. I like their potato, egg, and cheese burritos as well. It is simple ingredients and good food. Salsa with the burritos is really good too. All around recommend.

I ate the asado here, and I heard angels sing. The steak green chile and the carne guisada are also very good. They are open for breakfast and lunch Monday through Saturday.

I just came to their restaurant right now 9:19 am today Oct 26. One woman told me to go around to order. I ended up having to order outside. I tried to write to the lady. The lady doesn 't read any English or not try to cooperate with me. I am deaf. I wrote down first time here. She spoke to me like she can 't read and prefer me to talk. I felt helpless and disappointed. I searched for restaurant open for burritos. I am hungry n in this weather it would be nice to have warm burritos for breakfast. Oh well. Next time in search for another place that is willing to cooperate with me even I 'm deaf.I wish I have the chance to taste their food as their reviews said. ??‍???‍Yayyyyyyyy!!! Blessed!Good news!While I sat in my truck searching for other places,feeling sad.Now just a few minutes ago. The other lady came to me n try to talk to me even she is Spanish talking. I try to do hand gesture. That I explained first time there eat. She said oh okay. Then I showed her the note. She tried to read what I wanted. I tried to explain not too hot. Little hot. She understood.I always hated the chorizo thing cause of my mama always cooked it. But I remma the taste flavor I did liked it. I told myself one day I will try to ask them to do that. Today was one of the special time I wanted to remember my mama. I asked for 2 eggs scrambled with potatoes in flavored of chorizo. The lady came back with my food. I prayed it would be good. I tried it out. It tasted so amazing n it brought me to tears thinking of my mama. How much I missed her. ? I never cooked them chorizo but today I asked them to. They did it just RIGHT!???????????????Thank you to that lady who have THE COURAGE TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME! Bless her! I cannot help it being deaf but only TO WRITE TO COMMUNICATE.I 'm gonna come back n order much bigger cause I 'm a family of 9 people. They 're gonna be blessed. Much more! Thank you!
