Buffalo Wild Wings - Midland

A good place for a decent meal is a little expensive. Every time I had service, I never had bad quality service especially at the bar, with beautiful servers and someone to always check on my drink, even if they were not my server for the food. The wings have always come out extremely hot and I have 't had cold food in the past even once, but I feel like some articles have not enough or a lot of choice, without ordering several instead of a preferred amount especially appetizer 's. The atmosphere does not feel original, more like any other BWW most of the chairs in which I sit are unbalanced or only older than the rest of the chairs and half a time my soft drink is from syrup The waiting time for food is not crazy, but it is a good wait for every meal, but no other discomfort. Overall, I think this is a good place to go with friends after work and if you have additional time and money.

Stop for an old fashion. The lady who took my order was very attentive and made sure I took care of myself. The game was on the screen and the drinks were good, as always no complaints from me. Food: 4/5

Watching the NFL games here is pretty good they have many TVs and you can hear the audio. The disadvantage is that they have two few waiters and especially during the busy time you need to wait a long time to get service even after you are at the table. Today we had to clean our own table and a chair was a complete mess of the previous customers and we had to discard it.

If I could give them a 0, I would. Absolutely terrible service. He brought my husband there to the Veterans Day, because he wanted it and waited for over 50min on our table and NOBODY even came to take our order. Another group came in and asked how long we had waited. Then her waitress came and they said to get our order first as we've been here for 40 minutes. She said, “This is not my table, I have nothing to do with it.” After several waiters asked with the same answer, what seemed to be a manager, went past and asked if we were waited, to which we answered “No”. She continued to roll her eyes and sigh and continue. Then another waiter talked about taking our table instead of taking our order, she also went away. After another 15-20 minutes we came up and went. If this is how your company treats veterans then why even offer to honor any deal veterans at Veterans Day. Also there were not many people inside. They were NOT low for the crowd of people there! The service is generally bad in Midland, but that was absolutely unacceptable. After more than 40 minutes we stood up and left without someone talking directly to us, except that it was a manager who asked if we had helped and then rolled her eyes to the sigh. Horrible management! Terrible service! Will not be back!!!

So I ordered 30 pieces of wings and wanted 8 blue cheeses total. When I picked up my order I only had 2 bleu cheeses in the bag I looked at the receipt and they charged me for 8 at $1.50/piece. I asked how many come with a 30 piece without charge and he told me 3. I said then why did you charge me for 8 when you should’ve just charged me for 5. $12 worth of bleu cheese?!?!? That’s ridiculous! And I still was shorted by 1. Who only uses 3 dipping sauces for 30 wings?!?! I didn’t mind paying it’s just the fact that I should’ve been told when placing the order that I was going to be charged for each one and this wouldn’t have been an issue.
