I’ve been here a few times, on one particular time I didn’t give my name to the lady who placed my order. But once I got my drink just a few minutes later, I was called Thank you Amira for remembering my name, I appreciate little things like that.
I ordered two sandwiches and 2 venti drinks. Sandwiches came in 5 min and waited for the drinks almost 30 minutes and when I asked for my drinks the second time the woman with tattoos did not even say they were sorry.. even though I left tip.. All they care is drive through.. new company policy huh Starbucks.. You lost a good customer today.. and this place needs better employees..
Ordered a Venti Caramel Machiato for pick up on a Saturday morning. Drink was weak. Tasted water down. Staff was friendly
I ordered an iced grande white chocolate mocha with one less pump of white chocolate. I received all pumps of white chocolate, which made for a bit of a sweet drink hence the reason I ask for less. The garbage and recycling were overflowing. This location is a really busy location and the times that I have come through drive thru, they usually stay with a line. However, I do not feel that is a reason for the place Not to be kept up. At any given time there were at least four if not five employees.
