The fries I ordered were extremely overcooked, burnt, and hard.

The burger was decent. There was nothing particularly wrong with it, but I was hoping for more flavor. However, it appeared appealing and was made with fresh ingredients.

My Crispy Chicken Sandwich had no breading and was to over cooked to enjoy which sucked because the rest of the Crispy Chicken Sandwich was on point but the chicken is supposed to be the star not the bread and condiments.

Consistently disappointing. The chicken wrap was more like a burger, and the extra fries we ordered only amounted to 10-12 pieces, which seemed like less than a regular order. Additionally, our chicken sandwich had ingredients we specifically asked to be left off. This was the third time in a row that we were completely unsatisfied with our food and had to throw it away.
