Merengue Red Tacos - Middletown

I live right down the street and I am embarrassed it took me this long to try Merengue. SO DELICIOUS! I got the Carne Asada bowl. The meat was very flavorful. Will be back for more!

Phenomenal food. I'm working a paint job in the area and plan on driving back to Middletown/Cromwell after it's over just for this food. If you're on a tight lunch break like I am, I recommend ordering on their website and picking up (it's so fresh and delicious and folks are realizing it). Their staff is also super friendly and efficient. Love love love this place.

This is my family's favorite regular eating spot. Merengue red is our weekly lunch treat that everyone enjoys. Our favorites are the Birria tacos, Chopped cheese sandwich/burrito. All varieties of the tacos are amazing. The banana pudding is a unique and delicious treat I happily cheat on my diet for. Online ordering and pickup are very convenient making this an easy recommendation.

Phenomenal service and even better food. This place is a must try. I had the Merengue Bandeha and it was a 10/10.

There is no Dine-in as their Google page says, this is a food truck. Probably good food but left since I was looking to dine-in.
