Bidra med feedbackIncredible food and service! We came in with low expectations and were wowed. When our food was a bit slow to come, our waiter brought us complimentary vegetable fritters— that's just one example of the service quality here. We had the chicken tikka masala, chana masala, aloo gobi, and naan. Portions are big and one entree could probably serve two!
Amazing food and spectacular staff. They were so nice. The food was ready quickly and we loved every bite. Portions are great and we had lunch the next day too.
Wow, one of the top Indian restaurants in Connecticut! Plenty of parking, visible from the road, and accessible. No wait, even though we got there are the busy hour. Good selection of beer, wine, and other drinks. But all of that is just dressing for really REALLY good food with the right amount of spice. Generous portions and reasonable prices top it all off. Family atmosphere may not be our favorite but the staff is very nice and again, the food! Hope to be back soon, it’s a big menu!
Best Indian restaurant In Connecticut!!! Food is absolutely delicious, we have never had a bad meal at Havali. Generous portions, large menu with many options. The owners are wonderful and always make a point to chat with their customers. All the staff are amazing and give superb service. I would highly recommend trying Havali if you haven’t been there, you will not be disappointed!!!!
The food is always excellent, with generous portions. The staff is overall polite and responsive, but they get very surprised and almost upset if you don’t order naan. Today my grandmother came with us and ordered the appetizer platter for two as her main meal, and the waiter questioned her about it and basically advised against it several times. I understand that there are typical eating habits in India, but not everyone is going to adhere to them and I find it a bit annoying that they would almost argue with customers about what they choose to order.
