Pizza Pan - Middlesbrough

Sadly won't use this take away again. We found what looked to be a baby chick in a kebab we had ordered. I am not posting a picture as its too upsetting, im still upset by it myself. Its been passed on to environmental health now for them to deal with. Hopfully its a isolated incident.

Absolutely disgusting. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Doesn’t even deserve 1. Food was freezing, parmo was thick and tough, tasted like it had been left out ages/ overcooked. Same with the chips they were stale. We have used pizza pan for years and it’s always been hit and miss. The only reason we went is for cheapness but never again!!! Absolutely shocking!

I eat some takeaway and tonight pizza pan took the award great pizza in fact the best I’ve had for a while ,local tasty and fast . Thankyou .

I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant and encountered some issues. Despite most of my order being ready, one item was delayed for 20 minutes, leaving the rest of my food to sit and get cold. When I inquired about this, I was only offered an extra portion of chips as compensation, with no acknowledgment of the two pizzas that had gone cold. I have been a resident of Acklam for my entire life and have frequented this pizza shop often, but this recent experience has made me reconsider ordering from here in the future.

2 hours to deliver less than 2 miles from the shop. Repeated lies on the phone when we chased our order up. We are regular customers but not anymore. Will be ordering from anyone else in future
