Patisserie Valerie - Middlesbrough

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. The teacher was fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed learning how to make sushi.

I want to give a shoutout to the staff for their friendly service and ability to handle a busy night despite being understaffed. Although I enjoyed their rice lager, it was a bit expensive. Unfortunately, I was let down by the food options. The sushi lacked variety and filling, especially the seafood ones, and the katsu chicken rice was soggy. I doubt I will be coming back to this restaurant.

I'm sorry I do not quite remwbr their names but you have a young lady with glasses and a younger gentleman on your staff and they are just amazing. Always so kind and welcoming. The food is always so good, only negative I would say if any is the chef sometimes skimpy on the avocado from time to time it's never a consistent quantity.

By far worse yo sushi in the UK...Well we have been too,waiters in there own world when trying too place order repeated myself 4 times ,she wasn't paying attention, the manager I guess the baldy guy ignorant idiot got his head up hiss bum.... no1 too help with orders rude and ignorant...try the others if you want too try yo sushi.left after paying for prawn crackers cancelled the rest
