Dressers Tea Room, Dorman Museum

From the moment you walk in, every aspect of this cafe comes to welcome you with a hug. From the cosy fireplace, to the beautiful china and the vintage music, you feel transported to a different place entirely even the cutlery is beautiful! I had poached eggs on toast both of which were cooked perfectly and took some cake home which was a lovely treat after work. I'd like to come back and just sit for a while, soaking in the ambience of this gem of a cafe.

Went to view Titanic exhibition, then went for a cuppa and something to eat in the tea room. Very cosy, nice decor 50s music, lovely pots of tea ,complete with tea cosy and china cups.The bacon, and sausage buns very ,very tasty , freshly cooked and served by two lovely ladies. thank you.

Found this place whilst I waiting to see somebody. What a little gem, who needs Betty’s. The whole experience was lovely, the staff so friendly and accommodating. The tea/cake were delicious got my little doggy a sausage. Also, well behaved dogs welcome.

We called in for lunch : toasties and salad and cake, delicious! Friendly staff and lovely surroundings.

Nice place with nice ambience. Good cup of coffee and cake. Can't comment on value as someone else treated me.
