Chipchase Fish Shop - Middlesbrough

The woman there was bald. She looked like avatar and stunk of tuna she snotted on my chips and farted on my nose. My children were scared by the woman and said she looked like she was from the goonies.

Just been for a large cod and chips portion of chips small sausage mushy peas and a curry sauce the fish was over cooked even though we where waiting for it forever she dished up the peas curry sauce small sausage and chips left them under the warmer for minutes they were freezing cold went in the bin won't be going back there to waste my money give a wide birth if I was you keep your money for some good food where to busy talking instead of doing there job and the fryer was on her phone texting

....shame about the staff,every time i go in they are miserable and moody.But least the food is good.

I placed an order for delivery and was advised it would be mins to an hour which is acceptable.However an hour and ten minutes later I rang to enquire where my order was and advised its gone no apology or let me check where it is?I then rang another minutes later said I want to cancel my order and the woman said fine! I asked why there was no apology that I have had to wait an hour and minutes for food and started giving me attitude and decided to end the call.Poor service to say the least will not use this place ever again!!!

This chip shop is amazing! They never compromise on the quality of their food. I travel just to enjoy their delicious and affordable meals, perfect for a big family. The staff is friendly and helpful. A must-visit if you're in the area. Love it! Thank you!
