Delicious lunch! Excellent, friendly service!! My partner and I made an unexpected decision to lunch at Pizza Hut in Middlesboro. This was my first visit to a Pizza Hut in years! In addition, this was my first ever visit to this particular Pizza Hut location. Our last minute decision to lunch here turned out to be excellent. The restaurant and dining room was immaculate. The Middlesboro location has been remodeled and sports a great design and decor. It totally looks different from the Pizza Hut's of the past. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. My partner and I both had the lunch special; pan Pizza and salads from the salad bar. Our pizza was excellent; hot, fresh and tasty!! You simply can't (in my opinion) beat Pizza Hut's pan pizzas. Although there are many pizza options available , Pizza Hut really creates great pizza. The salad bar was good, quite a selection of items. The salad, dressing and toppings were fresh. However, the salad bar could have used a little attention as some items were low and completely out. With that said, we both greatly enjoyed our salads. Both of our meals averaged out to approximately $10, $22 total check. In my opinion, very good deal considering the quality and quantity of the meal. Our server was lovely; friendly, great smile, efficient and professional. The pace of our lunch was perfect. If you're craving great pizza, excellent service and a pleasant, low-key atmosphere, I highly recommend the Pizza Hut of Middlesboro! Conveniently located on Hwy 25, the four lane highway through Middlesboro.

Ordered online order at 6 for 7pm. Got here 6:58. Now 7:50 still haven’t received anything. Told me it was in the oven and to pull around for a few minutes. Pulled back and I heard them saying to put it in the oven. Am now pulled back in the lot waiting. Has been almost an hour for 1 Med Pizza that was $13 lolEDIT/UPDATE: Ended up staying till 8:30 and never got the food. And Yes, I paid.

My order was supposed to be ready for pickup by 7:15. At 7:25, I received half of my order, because they hadn’t prepared everything. I was told it would be another 10 minutes. 15 minutes later, I waited at the drivethru window for 10-15 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there(mind you, this was my second attempt to pick up the rest of my order). They weren’t busy. Employees were just standing around. I asked for a refund since I waited well over an hour past my pick up time to get my complete order. I was told that they COULD NOT refund me even though I offered to bring the cold pizza, wings, and cheesesticks back. I sat in their parking lot waiting for food for over an hour. It was almost 9:00 pm before I made it home with dinner for my family.
