Food and prices were great. Haven't been here for a few years, much better since they remodeled it. Great cinnamon french toast and they have real maple syrup too!

My wife and I were at Punderson State Park traveling and wanted a nice lunch. It was about a half hour drive to this restaurant that was an absolute treat to find. The food was REALLY good. I can be picky too. I was expected home-cooked comfort food, but someone put some real love into this. Had the French Dip and it was nice roasted beef, shaved thin on a good toasted bun. Everything was perfect. Wife had a salmon salad that she really enjoyed too. They had a ton of desserts you could choose and a big menu.I love this place.

All two stars are for the service. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, the food was so not good. We went to the Sunday breakfast buffet and would recommend you stay away. The biscuits were clearly not fresh (probably from frozen) and were entirely too dry. The eggs were not good and I 'm not sure it was because of preparation (maybe made with way too much oil) or added filler. There was the worst version of french toast I have ever eaten. I think they deep fried it or something? It was extremely soggy and full of oil! They had tater tots on the buffet, but that 's never a good idea and proven here. We were told (because we called and asked before we drove all the way out there to meet friends) there 'd be grits, but there weren 't. Ok, the breakfast potatoes were good, so there 's that. I didn 't eat the meat.Maybe their regular meals, not breakfast, are great, and explains the high stars. But we will not be returning.

When my family and I moved into our local community, this was one of our favorite restaurants. It has taken a drastic downhill decline in service, quality of food, and atmosphere. Totally mis-managed and you are guaranteed to have a long wait for your food. If you order a hot dish, there’s a 25% chance that you might get it hot or partially hot. Do not recommend!

1st time in. It was great. We ordered the 1lb burger and as expected it was big. Flavor and cook temperature was on point. Definitely we will go back
