Panera Bread - Middleburg Heights

Casual chain. Healthy food. Indoor and outdoor dining available. Summer poppyseed salad is the best?

Bagels were very unevenly sliced. The boxed coffee was luke warm. When I called about the problem all I was told was, Coffee was made within 30 minutes of pick up time and kept on a warm surface. And We have been having a problem with our slicer . She offered to replace my order, but my house guests were already here and we were hungry. I wasn 't about to run back out to have coffee remade and bagels replaced. This is the 2nd time I have ordered bagels like this and the 2nd time they have been horribly sliced. With that said.....only one star and I won 't be returning.

The food was pretty good. Standard panera.. but I waited a good 15+ minutes to get my order and there was no one in front of me. But when I came in they were all cleaning different areas, which is always nice

The food is good but extremely expensive and a bowl of soup costs more than $8 and it's more like a cup. I got one noodle and one piece of chicken and the rest was broth. Highly disappointed for the price ?
