Mcdonald's - Middleburg Heights

I'm here at 9:30 on a Saturday and it is crazy busy. The manager here, (under 6 ft tall, grayish hair, male) has absolutely lost it and has to be making the work environment absolutely horrible. He is so mad that it's busy, everybody that walks in he feels the need to rudely say it's going to be a while for your order.This guy has no business running a restaurant if he can't keep his composure. He is so rude it took everything in me not to punch him in the face. None of the guests were mad, we could tell that we might be waiting a few minutes.It's so sickening to know that this guy is running a restaurant with employees underneath him who are probably having the worst shift of their life due to his negativity. You're not saving lives, you're serving food. Calm down, lead your team by example and treat customers with respect. we can see that you're busy.If this guy hasn't already walked out on his job he seriously needs some retraining or maybe even reconsideration of his job title. I would be so embarrassed as an employee or an owner with a guy like this working there! unreal.....I do want to say that the food I ordered was great and the drive-thru line was moving, they were parking cars correctly and never really had the line stop. For getting your butt kicked the staff was performing very well and it sucks to see a man like this bring everybody down.All in all the man was running a decent shift all things considered until his attitude ruined it. I hate to make such a big deal out of it but it was really disappointing to see a leader act like that when no one else was

The employee's need to clean their tables and sweep the floor and it would be a 4 star place but the employee's acted like they didn't know how to do their jobs at all

Waited forever to place our order. Person on the intercom seemed impatient. Got to the window to pay and get the food girl at the window no enthusiasm,

Everything spot on. Young man in here on his day off helping out. Solid move kid.

Wow things have changed inside the mcdonald's, that's how frequent I go inside to eat or order my food which is practically never I rarely eat here anyways but it's through drive through, anyways they have no cashiers now all orders are done through keoost machines which r so annoying and just jam a person up ,what happened to being greeted hello welcome to mcdonald's etc ,then after u order ur food through machines some loud mouth comes out and says number 700 order up Luke's it's a deli ,sorry but I grew up at mcdonald's in the 1980s and was a way better experience and food tasted better to ,mcdonald's get back to basics ugh
