Sultan Kebab - Mid Suffolk

I used to buy from this place for years and it was so good, but I got super disappointed this time. The portion was very small and burnt, the meat was dry, the portion was expensive and delivery took too long. I am never buying from this place again!

I have been frequently using this place and thought it about time I write a quick review.... this place is by far, the best kebab shop I have visited, I don't know what they coat their chicken sheesh in because if I did I'd be a millionaire. The guys behind the counter could not be friendlier either.

Shocking !! Really bad kebab ….i can’t understand what has happened to this place …..there kebabs were awesome but now they are shocking ! We chucked ours in the bin !

Horrible service,they tell you to do this and that like you haven't many times but can't just make it right and end up ordering Domino's. I asked for No onions,separate salad, separate pita bread and sauces,got told I didn't do it properly but hey ho,the screenshot from the order tells the truth. Now the table mats and the floor are full of oil because was dripping and this is the 4/5 time that happens but the first time that complaint because enough is enough. They give me the money back and didn't want to take the food back. Very honourable but now I want my warm pizza with no onions.

Received our order after making specific customizations when ordering only to receive food with none of the changes we requested, very unhappy
