Bidra med feedbackThe restaurant staff was rude, arrogant, and extremely insulting. The service was very poor and I felt very intimidated. There are much better options in town.
Awful pub, went there on a Sunday lunchtime, only 1 man in there, not sure if barmaid spoke English as she didn't answer me when I ask if a beer was a lager no nice lagers at all only carling, not going there again.1star rating as they don't do zero.
I visited this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon before picking up takeout. I enjoyed a few pints of Hancock HB, which were very good. It had been about a year since my last visit, but the landlord was pleasant and helpful, and the locals were friendly. The decor may seem a bit basic at first glance, but once you're there, it's actually quite cozy with a good atmosphere.
Poped in while waiting for my takeway from noor sitira a great selection of real ales one priced at only 1.50 must be cheapest around good helpful landlord
We walked into the restaurant and had a few pints of real ale, which were very good. My wife, who is not English, enjoyed the cloudy cider. The landlord was friendly and chatted with us, and even recommended the Indian takeaway across the road. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the atmosphere.
