Hokkaido - Michigan City

This is now my favorite sushi place! They offer high-quality sushi at a very reasonable price. Whether you live in the area or are just visiting for a day at the beach, this restaurant is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a delicious and satisfying meal. I couldn't wait for the next day to eat my leftovers, it was that good! My favorites were the Angel and Butterfly sushi, and the crab rangoon, which was excellent.

There is a fair amount that can be made vegan here and the rolls are delicious. Leave the egg and roasted rice is also vegan and they have a vegan soup.

I absolutely adore this restaurant!!! The service is extremely friendly and quick. The iced green tea is delicious, and I highly suggest trying the crab rangoon as an appetizer. One of my absolute favorite rolls is the butterfly roll - it has a sweet taste that is heavenly! Other favorites of mine include the spider roll, special dragon roll, and Philadelphia roll. Make sure to save room for dessert, the ice cream is fantastic.

Such an amazing place with great food! I have never once had a problem when eating there. The staff has always been kind, and the owner is so sweet! I definitely recommend this place to everyone! The prices are reasonable for that you get.

Every time I go there I am impressed. Never have to wait. Selection is overwhelming. And their eel is one of the best I've ever had! I have pretty high standards for sushi and am so happy to have a high quality restaurant like this in Michigan City
