You can't find the typical Italian pizza style here. This dough clearly shows that it was not made by expert Italian staff. Tastes different, but good. The pizzas are still tastefully fine and the quality of cooking and the ingredients of relatively high quality. The pizzas are definitely not delivered cold or carburized.
