Really bad customer service. The girl made my bowls wrong and when I pointed it out, she begrudgingly went to make new bowls. She still made the bowl incorrectly the second time. Super disappointed. Especially because the price is not cheap
I normally don’t make reviews ever but I have never been to a restaurant where the service is so awkward and the workers seem like they absolutely hate their jobs. Not a hello or smile or anything. Management, figure out the problem and do something. I love the food, never had a bad experience with it, but I will be ordering online for now on.
Ordered in store, 2 classic regular bowls. Açaí tasted like it was freezer burnt, didn’t add the honey to mine. Both bowls looked different. 2 people ordered in store after us and received their orders before us. WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH FOOD OR SERVICE.
I wanted a smoothie bowl and what I got was a granola bowl with a TINY amount of smoothie. Not worth $12! Although the fruit on top was fresh. My friend's smoothie was entirely frozen since the bowl bases are pre-made. He couldn't eat it and just ended up throwing it away after eating all the toppings. The whole experience was underwhelming for too much money. You're better off getting a popsicle or making your own bowl.
