Sushi Sake - Miami

Horrible experience. Ordered two miso soups that did not taste like anything. Two rolls that also had no taste. Had to return one of the rolls since there was hair in it. Even the eel sauce was watery, had a completely different consistency. The two stars are for the service since the host and server were very attentive.

The food is amazing.I picked my order. I went to the back and I had to sign my receipt. I don’t have to leave the 25% tip because I’m picking up my order. So unfortunately, MIMI (the lady of the pick up orders) got mad and didn’t want to give me 3 ell sauces. And also make me wait an extra 25min for another (2small items extra order). This is really sad that they treat customers like this.I WON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BECAUSE OF THE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! REALLY SAD BECAUSE THE FOOD IS AMAZING!

The food was delicious. I ordered for pick up. I got (2) Shrimp Fried Rice a Miami Heat Roll my favorite. The service to go was good the food was ready when I got there. And the restaurant was cleaned. Definitely ordering again.
