Decent food but carne asada is too salty and not crispy grilled enough, too chewy.The gallo pinto is very bland.A true Nica knows how its supposed to taste and they need improvement.I think colombians are cooking the food here.Please fix the quality. Ask some true Nicas what they think. Thank you.I will still keep eating there cuz it's close to home and it's good just not the authentic NICA like most other fritangas.Carne asada and gallo pinto should be on point at any fritangaTHEY SEEMED TO HAVE MADE THE ADJUSTMENTS OR HIRED BETTER CHEF
