Checkers - Miami

This checker is very slow in unprofessional. I went there to the delivery in not even someone opened the window to serve me, but constantly playing around. I waited 30 long minutes to cancel my doordash delivery for poor n lack of service.

It’s the only place open this late… and I was hungry. That’s where the good part ends. I waited over 30 minutes in line for a single cheeseburger, small fries, and small soda. It was over $7. For dollar menu items. The staff was doing their best and I don’t want the blame to be placed on them. But 30+ minutes… in a drive thru.. it just doesn’t make sense. I might as well have driven further for better quality. It would’ve made more financial sense. Yet, I chose the “cheap” option. Just drive somewhere else and save yourself the time you’ll otherwise spend twiddling your thumbs in the Checkers drive thru. Honestly, unless. Food sucked too. No positives here. Not worth it.

I visited this location on a Monday evening. I used the takeout window and Chris took my order. He was friendly and patient. He listened and helped me with my order. I received my order quickly with everything as requested. Chris went above and beyond to help and serve. And ontop of it THEY HAVE AMAZING FRIES! I highly recommend the loaded fries they are delicious and the funnel cake fries ! I think this place is definitely worth a trip. It's a fast food place like any other but there's kindness inside there and that's who I want to eat food from! Kind people thanks Chris for managing a great store and setting a wonderful example for your crew!!! (I think it's fair to say that this location probably deals with a lot of shenanigans but this is an honest review of my experience)

I work across the street and go to checkers occasionally and each time I am waiting on the outside for over 20 mins. Enough to where the last time I spent my lunch tome waiting and left because they see me and choose to ignore me. The people arw unprofessional. The people at the register specifically. They do not care and talk to you with si much disrespect. There are a few who are good but the ones running the register are always rude.

Awful service, automated service you can't even ask a question to a human then when I pulled up to the window he was all mad that I was not finishing my order with the automated service, there were disgusting dead flies at the window, the window was all dirty and full of grease and grossness, I'm so glad I just left and didn't even get my order
