Subway - Miami Shores

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I presented a coupon I received in the mail from Subway. I never used this coupon before and the girl at the counter told me it wouldn't scan. She said there was nothing that she could do. So I left all the sandwiches that they made for me which I am sure they threw out) and went to the N. Miami location with the same coupon and it worked there. So I am do with going to the Miami Shores Subway. The only 2 people who are friendly and courteous is Jose and the little short Latin girl. The manager is rude and looks like he hates his job. You lost a good customer because I used to eat there everyday for lunch. It u see us to be so busy there with at least 10 people in line. But since this new manager started about a year ago , no one wants to deal with him.

Food was as good as most Subways. A couple things really bothered me. The music is a bit irritating. But what really got me is that I paid $30 on sandwiches and they refused to give me a water cup. Not the ones for soda. The ones that are small, just for water. I don’t know if this is at all Subways but they said the manager doesn’t allow it. Not coming back.

The worker was rude and there was a fly inside the glass where the food was sitting on top of the cheese ?

The customer service is terrible. The gay man was so rude about everything and was rushing with our order when there was no reason for a rush. He kept making rude comments and was just doing entirely too much. The food is good yall just need new members with better attitudes
