Jose is a terrible manager, there is no way to be one. He plays with customers that you move the car back and forward in the drive thru window while you wait for the order, and when he is asked why he is doing that his answer is that he does not explain why, that is a corporate secret. No professional person. Wendy should improve training and hire people who take care of the job, not just to go Ad hours.
Christopher was really nice to go beyond and beyond to ask me how was my day. He showed great customer service. Last time I was there service was not good, but I was satisfied that it was better than before.
I love Wendy's, it's an excellent fast food restaurant, but this particular place seems to have lowered its standards in service. The last couple of times I visited ran out of what I was looking for, and have to calm down for everything that is available. Last week, when I told the young lady that she served me coke instead of the lemonade, she turned her back and shouted a F bomb. Then they served my chicken nuggets and said they had no sauces. I decided there was time to give this to Wendy for a while.?
I cant even find the words to explain. Every time my order is wrong. My last order i asked for the grilled chicken pub. They gave me a spicy chicken pub. Drink was wrong. And meal sizes where all wrong. Plus from watching through the window the manager was being verbally disrespectful to the employees.
