Rouge - Miami Beach

The atmosphere was fantastic and the food was delicious. It felt like we were dining in France. The service was excellent, thank you. We will definitely return.

While expensive, Rouge is a wonderful venue with great food and service. Both the indoor and outdoor seating have great but different vibes. If you go on Friday for the jazz, sit inside as the outside has piped music. Our server and Rouge get added points for honesty. We did not notice they included the 20% service tip and added a generous one on the total bill. When we checked our credit card the next day, they only charged the amount that included their 20%. Great business practice and we will return for another celebration!

Excellent!!! What an experience. Smaller, savory menu. I had the duck. Loved the sauce! Other members of our party had the lamb. It was fall off the bone. Salmon was delish! Apps were very tasty. We had the foie gras mousse, olives, cheese wheel. Such a wonderful atmosphere. Do not let the outside fool you, it’s a hidden gem. Our favorite in Miami and we went to the top restaurants the last 4 nights (Serafina, The palm) although would recommend Milo’s as well.

Really enjoyed the place . The food even though it was a small menu with limited apps I still enjoyed everything I ordered. Good service good drinks what else can you ask for . Oh yes a great piano player added to the overall enjoyment!! Will definitely go again !!
