Plnthouse: The Good Kitchen

The poolside staff at this restaurant is fantastic, they will provide you with chair covers and fresh towels. Our server, Chez, was amazing. We moved around from the chair to the pool, hot tub, and bar area, and he always kept up with us without us having to search for him. The guacamole and chips were a hit, and you can't go wrong with it in Miami. The fish tacos were a bit light on the fish but had excellent flavor. The shrimp curry bowl was filled with fresh vegetables, rice, and a delicious curry sauce, with plenty of shrimp. We left feeling satisfied. The drinks can be a bit pricey, especially doubles, so keep that in mind. But, if you're staying at the 1 Hotel SB, you already know you'll be spending some money, so just relax and enjoy the great experience.
