Bidra med feedbackI went to this restaurant for Sunday brunch. It was on the pricey side, but definitely worth it! I don't mind splurging as long as it's justified. What exactly are you getting for your money? Endless champagne (not cheap), wine, Mimosas, freshly made mojitos, an omelette station, a crepe station with fresh ice cream, a variety of pastries, desserts, and croissants, a meat carving station, and the option to have fresh meats grilled to order and brought to your table. They had a section with pad Thai, fried rice, soups, and more. A jazz band was playing to add to the elegant atmosphere. There was always a staff member nearby to refill drinks and clear tables.
I had an amazing experience at Jaya. The truffle dumplings are absolutely delicious and a must try! I appreciated the attention to detail in the service. The entertainment kept me company; even though I was dining alone, I never felt bored or lonely. Just make sure you're seated when they hand you the bill! Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant.
Came here for Sunday brunch. Expensive I will say but worth it! I don’t care to spend as long as it makes sense! What exactly are you paying for? Bottomless champagne (that’s not cheap) wine, Mimosas, FRESH mojitos, omelette station, crepe station with fresh ice cream being churned, fresh pastries, desserts, and croissants, meat/carving station, fresh meats that can be made to order to be grilled and taken to your table. There was a corner with pad Thai, fried rice, soups and more. There is a jazz band playing to go with the elegant ambiance. There was always someone around to refill drinks and clear the table.
We were staying at the hotel and decided to eat at the restaurant instead of going out. The menu looked great and unfortunately the food was terrible. I got the chicken tikka and okra and my wife got the Thai beef. It was bland and dry and the okra was filled with grease. I am of Indian origin and I was very disappointed with the Indian fare especially since the head chef is from India.
Different experience which we enjoyed. Food was fantastic, portions are small but delicious. Service was ok , not a wow experience. Our server name came back during any of the courses to check on how we were doing. We also had to ask for different things multiple times but staff was polite. The entertainment was a nice touch.
