Domino's Pizza - Miami Beach

When I come in to get my pizza the staff never greats the customers you'll stay there sitting down for your order. The employees are always talking and joking around among themselves. Has if you were not there. If I were the manager I'll fire all of them, and replace the staff with people who can provide customer service.

If you want pizza delivery that leaves the store an hour and 15 minutes after it comes out of the oven then this is the dominos for you.... Dominos used to be my favorite pizza delivery but it gets worse and worse every time I order from this location..... there's so many mom and pop places with great food and service in this neighborhood to support so peace out dominos.

The most rude fellow workers I have ever met, slowly and really hysterical, throw and banish everything as if I had come to order and had insulted them. the personal should not be left in such contact with the public! maybe I would keep them in the back of the load where it is not possible to see their face terribly angry at the world

Customer service it was terrible, my eating lasted a long time after 30 minutes ordering and waiting 10 minutes there I had to wait the dame (jonhnasia) not sure how she wrote it feels like I was talking with a brick wall and she didn't care at all. I ordered the alfredo pasta all the time in the domino near my home in the Carol city and this is the first time that I experienced a terrible experience, very disappointed.

Worst experience ever! Blatant racism and scam operation. The non-spanish speaking employees mock and scream at spanish speaking customers who are simply trying to place in orders. Beware of their scam. Once you place in orders they take the cash and do not give receipts to anyone and tell you to come back in a few minutes. Then when you go back they tell you that its not paid and they cant give you your food. Simple they begin to accuse you of theft. I asked them to look at the cameras and they insist that they wont do all that cause its not worth their time. Avoid if possible!
