Chef's Kitchen At The Setai Miami Beach

Our stay at the Setai was as close to perfect as a perfect travel experience can be. I can honestly say that there is nothing I can suggest that would have made our experience any better. We stayed at a 2 bedroom ocean suite. The facilities were beautiful and extremely well kept. The location was superb. The food was amazing at the restaurant. We went to the Jazz brunch and truly enjoyed the variety and quality of the food. However, what sets this hotel apart for me from any other luxury hotel we had stayed in was the service. From our arrival until our check out the staff made our experience truly special. From the bellman to the concierge staff. There was nothing, and I mean nothing that we needed or wanted as a whim (within reason) that was not provided. We requested a Peloton bike for our room, it was provided. We mentioned that we were celebrating my parent’s 50th anniversary and got a beautiful dessert arrangement and champagne. We got complimentary hats, but my mother and daughter wanted to have them in pink. We tried to buy them but we’re sold out. However, just a mention of the situation and within a day we received two complementary pink hats. This was an experience resort. It was not cheap, but worth every cent. If you enjoy the little details this is the place for you.

Good old times Setai ate gone. In the past the lobby lounge setai with water, beautiful ambient and a unique style were remarkble. Nowadays this lounge was transformed in a unstylish new restaurant without any charm and without any Setai Feeling as we had it in the past!

Utterly AMAZING! Magnificent property, spacious rooms others would call a suite, world class service exceeds Four Seasons or Ritz. Costs more than it should, but well worth it. Would definitely return!

Amazing hotel. In every way. Location, facilities, food, service, staff. All top notch. The rooms are amazing, and with awesome technology like automated blinds (including blackouts). Our new hotel of choice for Miami. Highly recommend.
